Pinecone Wellness weaves together healing, inspiration, creativity and transformation. We offer yoga, massage therapy, Spinal Flow® Technique, holistic healing sessions, sound baths, workshops, trainings and retreats to nourish your mind, body and spirit. Our practice is rooted in conscious wellness and intentional healing, whether you’re here for bodywork, energy work, or a combination of both. While the modalities may differ, the underlying values remain the same: commitment, integrity, reciprocity, and a willingness to engage in your care with presence and consistency.
Massage clients are encouraged to approach sessions not just as occasional relief, but as part of a broader commitment to their well-being. Energy work clients are invited into a deeper, often transformational process that requires self-responsibility, openness, and the courage to face discomfort as part of healing.
This is not a space for one-off fixes, convenience-based booking, or crisis-driven care. It’s a space for those ready to participate in a conscious, collaborative journey toward wellness—where boundaries are respected, communication is mutual, and the process is honored over time.
Our Namesake
The Pinecone has been a sacred symbol throughout history, in cultures all around the world. It is considered by many to be our biological Third Eye, the "Seat of the Soul”, the “Sacred Seed”, the “Epicenter of Enlightenment”. Our pineal gland, shaped like (and named after) the Pinecone, is at the geometric center of our brain and is intimately linked to our body’s perception of light. The pineal modulates our wake-sleep patterns and circadian rhythms.
